Every itinerary is designed with precision, so you can relax knowing every detail is seamlessly handled.

How we work

Your journey begins with a short call, where we learn about your travel goals and walk you through our process and fees. From there, you’ll receive a tailored proposal along with a link to confirm your trip by paying a $125 consulting deposit. This fee reflects the time and care we put into designing your experience, and it is applied to your final bill (if any). Please note it is nonrefundable, though travel insurance may provide coverage should you cancel your travel plans.

For reservations with partners outside of our preferred network, we charge either 5% of the total booking or $100 per request, whichever is greater. This amount is added to your final invoice.

Once confirmed, we handle every detail of your trip—luxury hotels, airfare, cruises, ground transportation, curated excursions, dining, and more. From departure day until your safe return home, our team is available 24/7 by phone, text, or email. Should any issue arise, we resolve it discreetly in the background so you can stay focused on enjoying the experience.
